Consultations for the Specialty Herb Clinic are done on a First-Come, First-Served basis, but by reserving a priority time slot, you put yourself at the top of the waitlist during that time slot. That way, you won’t need to wait long to see the doctor, even if there are several people in front of you. This is NOT AN APPOINTMENT TIME.
