This class will also take time to help participants settle into their bodies and begin developing the senses necessary to experience the true depth of drinking tea.

This class will explore the subject of tea as a tool of personal cultivation. How may we embody grace and serenity within the context of tea? We will drink teas that stoke the fires of spirit and enjoy the potential of where this form of art may go.

Cupping is an ancient healing method used for sore muscles, painful joints, chest congestion, and many other stuck and stagnant conditions.
